What are the standard minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities vary by product - please refer to each individual products page for further information.
What is a set up charge?
A setup charge the cost associated with setting up the machine for imprinting. This is not an artwork charge.
Is a set-up charge required for a repeat order?
In most cases, no, you will not be charged a setup charge for an exact repeat order.
Can I get a sample of the product?
In most cases, yes we try to sample products before bulk manufacturing, unless time constraints do not permit. Please contact one of our team to discuss express delivery options.
What artwork formats do you accept?
For most productswe will need vector art to avoid art preparation charges; we prefer an .eps file. For most full-color imprints, we will need hi-resolution artwork at 600 dpi or higher. However, in either case, we can work with whatever electronic format you provide. If your artwork requires cleanup or additional preparation, our design team can assist with a full graphic design service if required.
